Warranty Information: How to File a Claim

Step 1: Review the terms of the Warranty offered as indicated on either the box, paper insert, the brand’s affiliated website or by contacting Sexessories directly to inquire about Warranties offered on your purchase. Proof of purchase / receipt is required for all warranty claims. 

Step 2: Complete the registration form on the brand’s website to register your product. (Usually at the bottom of the home page or listed in the navigation bar.) 

Step 3: Complete the form to file a claim on the brand’s same website. (Usually at the bottom of the home page or listed in the navigation bar.) Once you file a claim, your information will be reviewed and further steps will be determined. This is on a case by case basis depending on the product and the nature of the claim. 

*For most adult products, the company who designed and manufactured the product is offering the warranty. There are a few instances when a distributor that Sexessories deals with directly will cover the terms of the warranty. Completing Step 1 will determine how to proceed.
